Responsible for the development, management and evaluation of the learning and participation programmes for young artists development (aged 12-25) working with Tomorrow’s Warriors management and staff to deliver participatory work across the Southbank programme and residencies across the UK with partner venues, schools and organizations.

Community Project Co-ordinator with CIAO! (Children's International Arts Organisation) currently working on The Tree of Light Festival.

The Tree of Light was a Cultural Olympiad project that brought together schools and community groups in Oxford, Henley, Reading and Windsor/Slough to present large-scale outdoor events in June/July 2012, culminating in a grand finale at Stonor Park in Oxfordshire.

Key Responsibilities included: Development and coordination and of educational outreach and dance programme as part of the Tree of Light project for the Oxford Hub. Project and events management. Production of evaluative data to share learning.
